issue of caste certicate (schedule caste) to out of state

 i m anil from maharashtra state working in Hyderabad(AP). My younger brother studying in inter first year. We belongs to schedule caste, sub-caste MAHAR community (which comes under AP state list of SC ,Sr. No. 37). Please tell us procedure for getting caste certificate from AP government to get admission in professional courses. His father is working in hyderabad from last 15 years.
