hi as i had taken money from my friend in intrest but he had made the agreement as ahand loan but i had paid max money to him but he is deniying pls help me or advice me

Your frnd is clever if he had made any loan agreement claiming interest then it amounts illegal money lending . As such he has made hand loan agreement . Have you taken any receipt from him for having repaid the laon amount , if not , it is your mistake.

he had made the agreement tht i had taken the money to construct the house but my house is constructed long back by my parent

Will you show any evidence that you paid him the maximum amount pertaining to your hand loan ? The showing in the form of receipt or so it will consider as evidence. Then you can file a case against him.

yes i have a proper evedince for that but he had made the agreement that i had taken money for constructing house and he is not ready to give the copy of that agreement and harrising my family
