Is will legally enough to share property among the three children

Dear Sir,

We are two sons and one daughter. We have single individual house property, ground and first floor in the name of my father who is 86 years old. We all three have share in the property.  How to legally document the share of the property among the three which shall be legally enforceable at all times.  The share shall be effective after the demise of my father till then he will enjoy the right of the property.  Shall be grateful for the advise. If there is any standard format kindly request to share the same.  Thanks.

Hello,

Your father wants to retain the property rights till he is alive and want his children to share the property as per his wish. So he can execute WILL in favour of children. Aftet demise of father children can share and own the property.

Yes, will is best option for  your father to distribute his property among his children. Will shall come into effect after sad demise of your father and till then owner ship rights will vest to your father.

Thank you so much. I presume that the Will should be registered.
