is wife not liable for losses araised due to her business while going for divorce?

if wife did some business and husband had to clear the losses by selling his properties, and later if both are going for divorce, can husband claim the loss of property, during the settlement in divorce case? and also when both have managed business jointly and husband has to bear total losses and diposes his properties, will also be claimed by husband?

Both are different issues and can claim seperately.

sir, now wife filed domestic case against my friend and in reply he stated that she made him to loose his house property in first business and presently he is in debts due to business handled by both. in dvc she is claiming the only property.i.e. residencial apartment when he went out of house unable to bear her torture. now can he raise in this dvc case about financial losses forced by her?
