Hello All,
While my wife has filed an false 498A against me, she had admitted that she is only daughter for her parents and she has lot of properties including several houses and farm land. She is planning to file maintenance for her and my son now. Can I show that she had admitted about her status and during the maintenance cross examination? Please advice.
