Is vpf deducted from monthly salary for cdeciding maintenanc

Guyz...pls help.

Is VPF deduction from Salary considered for arriving at Net take home salary for deciding Maintenence & Alimony amount to be paid to spouce. Pls suggest (urgent)

Sir, i am not clear with ur answer....i am asking whether court will consider my Variable PF contributing & will deduct the same from my monthly salary to arrive at Net Salary take away or not...

no, voluntary PF contribution will not be deducted to arrive at Net Salary.

Dear Sir,

Kindly supply the previous maintenance deduction case/judgement copy if available any?

Because VPF is deducted before net salary. so it can be minus from maintenance amount .

Mr Gautam is right. VPF amount will not be considered as a statutory deduction. The lower court may deviate, but in Hi-Court it would be corrected. You may not like the fact, but its a fact. Please see the attached file.
