Is video evidence is acceptable in court?

This is possible that someone can wear mask on face or where required and make video of other.

@ HK Jain -- is it also possible anybody can make a duplicate of yourself like using mask or anything else & make a video & show in court as evidence against you?

In that case what will be the possible ways that you will try to save yourself?

in old hindi films villain wore the mask of the hero married heroine and just after 7th 'fere' is over he unmasks himself.. and laughs loudly.. @Author are you saying this?

In real life it is hot happened as you are saying.as Sam told morphed video can be detected and challanged. so chill..

Start collecting the proofs on daily basis like where you go? what time? which day?..

I mean keep some reciept like when you go outside and use ATM keep it with you. when you fill your bike/car petrol ask for computerised reciept with time and date. so that if any thing alleged on so and so dated, you can challange that you could not be there.

Just chill, dont be so paranoid..
