Is this strong case?

My tenant(Residential) has 4 sons.He has bought residential properties in names of all his sons. One property is adjacent to rented premise.Another property is just 100 yards away from rented premise..He has rented out this property and son who owns the house is living with his father in rented house(my property).

House adjacent to my premise(Owned by his son) has spare FSI so he can construct additional rooms. He has constructed 2 additional kitchens and 2 bathrooms in rented premise.

Do I have strong case to take legal action against him and get my house vacated?

The only legal remedy is a suit for eviction.

hi,

yes of course.

you have a very strong case.

you can evict your tenant on above two grounds which you have mentioned.

prakash.
