My Perception :
I think all the Malls should keep Females friskers (security guards) to throughly frisk all Males, to double boost their business. The males would dare not object or complain about any privacy issues or whatever.
As far as the Law is concerned, there is no such of any such violation of law in India.

As far as my knowledge goes there is no such provision
