is there any option to sell my car while theft case is still open.

my car stolen in the year of 2019,filed a FIR and got my car back same year with the help of police investigation, but they can not find the robber so that the FIR cannot be closed. court asks to report my car to the court first day of every month until robber get caught. now its been two years I want to sell my car buyer is also ready,how can I sell my car legally. is there any option ?
