Is there any limitation for getting loan for government emp

Dear Sir,

I am from tamilnadu. For state government employees is thereany rules like they should get 50% of their salary should credited into their account or they can get 100% of salary directly deposited to loan. Is there any rulesand regulation in Tamilnadu.

The lender may not lend upto EMI=100% of monthly salary.

Download service rules of concerned establishment in Tamilnadu.
