There is absolutely no promise for marrige between them.

In this case who can be considered as  victime.

@Querist,

Section 497 of Indian penal code 1860 talks about adultry.

Any person(only male) who has s*x with a married woman whose husband is alive and divroce has not taken place is guilty of adutry provided that-

1.His husband has not given consent to do so.

2.Such adultry must not amount to rape.It means consent of the married woman was a free consent.

Therefore, even if the consent of the married woman was obtained, but without his husband consent, will lead you to get yourself trapped under section 497 of IPC.

Note-This reply should be taken as per the declaration given in my profile page.

Thanks,

Regards,

Depends !!

If this act happens with the mutual understanding of both the parties and the boy is unmarried.

Party of the First part = wife & her husband

Party of the Second part = the boy

am i correct ????

There is absolutely no promise for marrige between them.

An already married lady can NOT promise anyone the she will get married with him.

In this case who can be considered as  victime.

H U S B A N D  !!!

Hoping answeres soon.

Great Hurry !!

@ Priya

So you want to black mail the boy :-) and abstract money from him else your husband is goona file 497

Agree with Stanley. I also apprciate the response gien by Amit.Giving consent and slapping the guy with 497. This Section 497 IPC  is a blot in our Statue Book.

Correct but if only the wife want to trouble the boy??

There is absolutely no promise for marrige between them.

An already married lady can NOT promise anyone the she will get married with him.

If the lady bring false alligation tht the boy had promised to marry her.

In this case who can be considered as  victime.

What about the boy?

Hi red,

The boy had admitted that he was alone with the lady in the lady's house that to be called by the lady over phone .

Except this  the boy has not admitted anything else.

Thanks,

Priya Ranjan
