Is photos need to be certified before filing in evidence?

Dear Experts,

I have few photos which were taken in digital camera, now i want to submit them as proof while filing petition for evidence, i took hardcopy of them and also providing them in CD as soft copies.

so do i need to get them certified before filing or just hardcopy and softcopy in CD is enough?

Regards,

Karteek

There need to be a mention of that in the written statement.  Or else any such wont be accepted whenever you want them to show/produce in court as evidence.

No need of certification, if you have already mentioned it in written statement, just present such when your turn comes for evidence.

If opposite party has some issues with it they will surely arrange to check the authenticity of it via court itself.
