Is mother's name relevant in daughter's identity proof

Immovable Property is in my name as "S. Parvathamma" and I (the Mother) want to gift this property to my daughter. But my name on my daughter's Passport was provided as "Parvathi Rao". (Q. No.1.) Is mother's name relevant in daughter's identity proof? (Q. No.2.) If it is relevant, will the difference in the name cause a problem? Note: Incidentally, I have checked and found Aadhar is not mandatory and my daughter does not have Aadhar. So please do not answer advising Aadhar

I believe there will be no problem since while registering a gift deed you and your daughter need to be physically present with one identifier before the registrar.

For registration of any document, Aadhaar Card of the parties is compulsory in many States.
