The judgement you refer to is of Delhi HC, no other court has decided in favour of a similar matter earlier, the SC is set to decide the matter, so gay marriages are not yet legalized.

It is decision of the Delhi high court but this matter right now in the Supreme Court. So just wait for the Supreme Court decision.

As it is,  the question is :

UNDER which LAW or ACT,  would you solemnise your Gay weddings, to give it a "Legal standing".  The Delhi HC has yet to appoint a Registrar for the same, who would "Officer on SPECIAL DUTY" and would be given special powers to solemnise Gay marriages and Lesbian marriages.

Wonder how children would be born in Gay or Lesbian marriages and the legal rights accuring under such marriages.

till then,

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal
