Iam planning to buy a 4.5 acres of agri land in andhra pradesh. This is a dry land and has not been cultivated for quite some years now. The owner of the land is telling that khata is not applicable and no need to pay property tax in AP for dry land. Is it true? pls give your views

There are lot of documents required to peruse before purchasing the agricultural. However, i wish inform you that in Andhra Pradesh, we have andhra region and telangana region. Hence, basing on the area, we have to go through the documents.
