Is judgement in a criminal case, a public document? I have sought for judjements in a few criminal cases anfd the court has refused to provide the same as they are rejected u/s 7(9) of RTI act I am intending to file an appeal against the order.If anyone have any judgements/precedents on s. 7(9) of RTI Act, please share
