I identified a flat in Chennai, and thought of buying the same. When I was discussing with the builder I came to know that he is not the owner of the land however he confirmed me that he has POWER to construct and sell the property.
So my queries are
Is it safe, if I buy a flat from the person who owns POWER to sell?
What are the necessary document I suppose to check in case of buying a flat from POWER OF ATTORNEY
First u check a all documents of the said property and take a title clear certificate from the builder / owner then u search any bank give a loan from this property otherwise u ask builder / owner about this subject.
