I find this site is more active and interesting hence thought of get clarified few queries.
I identified a flat in Chennai, and thought of buying the same. When I was discussing with the builder I came to know that he is not the owner of the land however he confirmed me that he has POWER to construct and sell the property.
So my queries are
- Is it safe, if I buy a flat from the person who owns POWER to sell?
- What are the necessary document I suppose to check in case of buying a flat from POWER OF ATTORNEY
