Is it possible to withdraw case without noc?

I want to withdraw case without NOC of my lawyer (because lawyer is not supportive and also I think he is mingled with opposite party)

Case is in high court.

We applied for quashing under section 397. And so family court settlement has been done.

But the family court meditator is saying we have to withdraw all the cases for settlement.

Can I withdraw case without NOC of my lawyer in high court?

If not, what is the right way to withdraw the case? Really appreciate your response.

There is no need to take NOC from your lawyer.  You can withdraw the case yourself.
