Is it possible to file a civil suit with photocopied documen

Hi Sir,

The person who has filed a civil suit against me has filed only the photocopies of the documents. He is not producing the original document and demanding money from me for withdrawing the case. Actually, he have the fabricated documents with him and will never submit it in court. It is almost three years since ha has filed the suit. Please guide me how should i request the court to end the case for not submitting the original documents by the petitioner.
