In my birth certificate the DOB is 15-April-1990 but in other certificates DOB is 12-april-1990.
Can some one suggest , how can I change DOB on Birthcrtificate ?
IS is creating problem when i applied for passport.

Yes. You will get problem at the time of passport as well as in future verifications. Apply for correction dob in gazette department. or else file a declaration suit in the civil courts.at your place
