Is it mandatory to give earlier judgements?

When facts are presented well, is it:

1). Mandatory to give copies of earlier judgements?

2). Will the experienced Bench understand the problems & do Justice on its own?

Sir, To bound the court for giving judgment in your favour you should give relevant judgments to the court otherwise the Court will decide the matter according to their own judgment. Thankyou
