Conversion of land in Udupi(rural area): Is It mandatory for the applicant to provide road entry to the adjacent land?
under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 I've not seen any such clause
As per Maharastra "Land Revenue act 1966" It's mandatory for the applicant to provide road entry to the adjacent land’s proposed layout.
