If two lovers commit suicide by hanging or by poison like Romeo and Juliet, but fortunately or unfortunately one of them survive and found his or her lover death and got scared to die and survive, is it an abetment of suicide or a murder? Any case on such incidents? Thanking you all in advance.

the person who survives can be convicted for attempt to suicide......... but abetment depends upon circumstances .......... like the other person who died was having free consent to suicide, under wat circumstances comitted suicide...........depends on facts n circumstances of case.......... otherwise nt for abetment, only for attempt to commit suicide........
