Is form 16 of an individual is a public document? can a family court pass an order to furnish

Can a family Court force a party in the divorce case to submit his /her form 16 or salary slip? Or can a court pass an order to income tax department to furnish any individual's income proofs? If so how can one defend this in the court?  I was told by a judge that if I don't give my salary slip the court will summon the income proof documents from the employer? Can this be shared by the company or via RTI to anyone who asks on the same?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether Form 16 or salary slips are considered public documents and if family courts can compel parties to provide them during divorce proceedings. It addresses concerns about employers or the Income Tax Department furnishing such income proofs and how individuals might defend against such orders. The consensus suggests courts can indeed order the disclosure of these documents, even if individuals are reluctant to provide them voluntarily.

A court can order for salary slip or form 16?  Anyway they are not that confidential. Hackers can hack into form 26AS.

Yes.  Agreed with the advice of MPS Ramani ji.
