If a an EPF member drawing basic above Rs. 6500/ - leaves the company and re-join the same company with basic salary above 6500 and he is not interested to continue EPF.
Can company exempt him from EPF by taking Form 11 ? Is it necessary that he has to withdraw his EPF deposit before opting exemption ?

company cant exempt him from epf and form 11 is valid in that case when new employees joins the company.

In that case Employee will not like to re-join his previos company and Employer will not hire their previous employess.
Is it not discriminationary ?
