Is ego main cause of divorce?

To some extent it is responsible for divorce. You cannot say it is main cause of divorce but can say one of the cause of divorce.  Other factors also play role in divorce like there families, society, status, money etc. Families from both play huge role.

I also think ego is one cause of divorce.Family and situation also matters.

I also agree, ego is one of the cause especially in highly educated ones.

Ego is main reason to end any relation be it husband/wife or any other. But there is a thin line between ego and self-respect.

So, one can should leave EGO but shouldn't compromise his self-respect.
