Hi Guys,
In MCD MOU, normally one writes statement that no criminal/civil case will be filed on husband/wife after successful MCD so does that mean that a wife cannot file 498a/DP3,4/406 after MCD???
What if she tries to file, will it not accepted in the eyes of law?
Even a genuine case of 498a/406/DP3,4 cannot be filed after MCD motions?

She cannot file. If she filed, husband can go for the quashing with the MOU
