Is an advocate eligible to practice all over the country?

Hi,

I’m from Orissa and having Orissa State Bar Council Registration No, but staying at Maharashtra, planning to do Tax as well as court practice  here at Maharashtra, my question is, am I eligible to do so, or not?

If yes/no, please help me with the notification if any regarding……
