Is acb possible during summer leaves for courts

Office process is continue during vocation also.

1)Is ACB possible during Summer leave.

Yes. it is possible. your lawyer need to file an additional application for urgent hearing during vacations. Vacation Judge will consider your application. Its very much normal in courts.

2)Also will they call me to give FIR Or chargesheet or anything else.

Chargesheet is a matter after long time, first let them register FIR. Once FIR is registered they may call you. Be in touch with police (if required unofficially), in event of registration of FIR they may help you by providing crime No and copy etc. then you can apply for AB.

At present I dont have FIR on me & having pre notice bail for 7 days.

Pre notice bail is good enough, they will inform you 7 days in advance if they are gong to arrest you and in that mean time you can apply for AB.
