Is 1 yr/3 yr/5 yr CONTRACT marriage legally valid in INDIA ?

Is contract marriage for 1 yr. / 3 yr. / 5 yr. legally valid in INDIA for any Hindu or even non-Hindu (or irrespective of religion) ?

If yes, where can this contract paper be filed / registered ?

In India marriages are treated as holy tie.  Contract marriage is not valid in India.

in our country marriages are governed either by personal law or special marriage act. under personal law Contract marriage is permissible only in shiea muslims i.e Mutah Marriage.  otherwise no contract marriage is permissible in india.

MUTAH  MARRIAGE PROVISION IS NOT DIRECTLY CONTRACT MARRIAGE IN SHIYA MUSLIM LAW.

1. since CONTRACT marriage is not permissible in INDIA, is a pre-nupital agreement valid in INDIA ? Does this pre-nupital agreement need to be registered ?

2. what are the provisions either in the Special marriages act, or Hindu marriage act, whereby either party (husband or wife) can seek easier dissolution of marriage ? which is better from this angle (easier dissolution) - Special marriages Act or Hindu Marraige act ?

3. What are the other legal provisions whereby a man & woman can live as husband & wife (though not married as per either Hindu marriage act or speacial marriage act)  ?

I think you are planning to keep a living together relationship in india.  But In india hindu marriage is sacro sanct status.

Moreover the agreement for contract of marriage as per your sense is against law.  So illegal contracts are not a valid contract in indian law.

No other law governing the living together relationship in  india

no, such a contract is void.
