anyone make false fir in ipc 420 467 468 in up actually main acussed name is sanjay bansal & he fraud with the person & he can tenant of my brother in law house & in company id adress maintain of my brother in law. then police make arrest of my brother in law & say give the adress of sanjay bansal if u not given i make false fir on your family. & give the name of my as alias name

Have you done rental agreement with the tenant and have you taken a copy if his ID proof?
