ipc 452

If there is a quarrel between two parties and one party is involved in registering an FIR against the other party under section 452 IPC, then can the other party not register an FIR against that first party. Is there any such High Court Judgment?

Dear Mr Ravinder,

The other party can also register FIR against the first party. This is very common in fight and public scuffle cases. This is referred to as cross-complaint cases. At the end, both the FIR are disposed off as compromise.
