a lady gave false information regarding myself to police vide a written application.
i gave documentary evidences and exposed her lies.
then she gave written explanation,
i again gave documentary evidences and exposed her false explanation.
now i have given application to police to act u/s 182 of IPC & file complaint against her in court.
since her acts also reveal offense of cheating - i.e. IPC 417.
who can file complaint as aggrieved person ??
1) police ??
2) myself ??
