Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a compromise agreement under IPC 326 and 323, involving a property dispute and a demand to vacate a house within six months. The user is seeking advice on how to navigate this situation, as they feel harassed and are unable to sell their property at market value. The advice given suggests that if it's their own house, there's no obligation to leave, and the non-compoundable nature of the charges is highlighted.

he offences under Section 336 but since section 323 is combined with 336, the case is not compoundable.

If it is your own house then there is no necessity to leave the house.

Repeated query at

It is ridiculous and absurd to repeat same query time and again.
