SIR! A CASE REGISTERED U/S 174 AND KEPT PENDING FOR INVESTIGATION SINCE TWO YEARS. MY CLIENT IS WIFE OF THE DECEASED. THE POLICE HAS NOT INVESTIGATED PROPERLY AND MOREOVER THEY ARE TRYING TO CLOSE THE CASE IN ORDER TO HELP THE GHOST ACCUSED. PLEASE SUGGEST.

Better way is ,to use all media power to highlight the matter to the public and simultaniously approach the court of law.
