intrm maintainence in DV aftr 2 years

Wife filed dv and asking interim maintainence...while my rcr is goinv on since 8 mnths. she is doctor and seprated from me 2 years back...lawyers help needed

dv case filed after one year of seperation is not maintenable.did she file dv case before seperating from you (two years back) or otherwise?

No she did nt file any case earlier...now 15 days back only she has filed dv case

it is not maintainable. Fight the case with the help of a learned advocate. It will be quashed.
