My Father expired after retiring from Indian Railways Chandigarh, his gratuity was at hold due to pending vigilence case, he retired in Aug 2007 and gratuity released in Jan 2013.
My questions;
1. For which duration we are eligible for interest on gratuity Aug 2007 to Feb 2013 OR Aug 2007 to Till date.
2. What will be the interest rate.
3. How and where to proceed for the claim of interest on gratuity.
