I am a complanint in a criminal case
the case is up for hearing
i filed my Intervener application in the court in the process to get Natural justice ,
court ask for the PP for his say
He gave his say , court may allow him as inervener,
Court say no intervener allowed in CRIMINAL CASE and diposed my applcation !!
My application is with the intension to get Natural justice as have more facts with the authorities not attempting to uncover , fact, Many time its very difficult to communicate as PP is busy to talk , for which i have evidence ,And i am not allowed to queston the fact & get actual the fact before the Honrable court,
My querry " can An indivisual file Intervener Application in a CRIMINAL case before the Honarable court where i am a complanaint" .
I have sucessfull been an inervener & was a part in a civil matter in the Hon High court ,
