Interstate sales

Dear Sir,

With respect to Interstate sales I wish to know whether the laws governing C forms vary from state to state, or are they the same throughout India the matter being one that pertains to central sales tax?

yes, there is no changes in use of C forms in interstate sale. the c forms are statutory forms used under central sales tax act which is applicable to all the states of india without any exception. the same can be said about other forms like F form, H form, or E1 or E11 forms.
