Intersection of 3 layouts (colonies)

My father acquired a non-square, non-rectangular plot of 270 square yards. To enhance its suitability for construction, we incorporated an additional 90 square yards, which currently belongs to the intersection of three layouts. The seller mentioned that this 90 square yards would become redundant after the government constructs an approved 40 feet road. Seeking advice on the legal process to officially claim ownership of this 90 square yards as we already built our home #GHMC

This would be construed as an illegal encroachment of the government land, hence you may better ascertain the facts before proceeding with the proposed action.

yes, it seems like an illegal construction, my father did a wrong step , he built the home. is there any legal way ,so we can request to add this space to our original land . we are ready to play the price for that piece of land
