sirs,the defendant did not entered appearence on the date fixed for first time appearence. u.order 11 can the plaintiff pray for leave of the ld court for delivering interrogatories rr1 to 11 to get answers and admissions of the defendant who has t filed written statement on the date fixed

introgatories can not be substitute of WS. introgatories are used for the purposes of evidence. it is not a pleading. when a defendant does not appear and file WS the case will proceed ex party against him.
