"Before the court. Applicant counsel present. A.P.P. for state. Exh. 4 - Application for Asstt.to prosecute. Exh. 5 - Vakalatnama. Exh. 6 - Application for filed to reply next.date." All this is written in basic english but I am unable to understand what it means can somebody please help me understand what has happened and what does the court need.
