Internet posting

Is internet posting of date of hearing by HC in India valid?

Is is not required by any HC in India to call the petitioner to argue by informing

by sending letter to the petitioner and just to post in the internet about the hearing dates?

In India once case is filed the hearing date that is final hearing date will not  be given, as per seniority year wise cases will be listed by Supreme Court and High Courts. Posting on internet is cases hearing  list and once case is posted for final hearing the liigant is not given notice of hearing he has to see the case list to find out whether his case is posted for hearing or not. Advocates Practicing in India Supreme Court and High Courts every day they get case list on subcription and Advocates find out date of hearing of their cases.
