Every year , we place service POs on various international vendors incl of related parties,whereby foreign technicians visit India wrt installation, commissioning, training etc. Do we require Certificate of Provident Fund coverage from Emp PF Organisation and extend PF coverage to them.
They mostly come for a few weeks only.
Kindly advise.

In one case it is Holding Company employee stationed above. In other cases, it is WOS I.e. USA Set up.

Do they come to you to complete their employer's maintenance obligations.

They regularly come to India under a Service, installation, commissioning order placed by Parent Co on WOS. Although it is expected to have an arms length price but it is under doubt. At accounts consolidation stage, profit element is taken care of Accounting Standard.
