Dear experts,
I have a false criminal case pending against me at JMFC court u/s 384, 501b and 34 of IPC. on the coming date the complainant has to give statement in court for framing charges against me and 3 others and i have a urgent international fly from July 2017 to September 2017 (3 months).
My question is,
since i am on bail (surety bond), can i travel abroad for 3 months without informing the court? if not what should be done to travel?
Bail is unconditional..
Please reply, its very very urgent..
