We are placing a foreign purchase order where we mention about applicability of Indian Arbitration Act 1996 . But while sending order acknowledgement, beneficiary states Swiss Laws.
How to resolve this conflict when both sides stick to own stand. What are the alternative available please guide me.

Opt for Swiss arbitration laws. You will be benefited as they are more human and justice oriented. Not much chance of manipulation.
