suppose an interim order is passed, from when did it will be executed?
my friend got maintenance order but her lawyer is telling that we can ask money after 1 month? is it so, if so after 1 month what is the procedure

If the interim order specifically says that you have to ask the interim maintenance amount only after one month, then you have to do that. Otherwise, there is no bar to ask it right now and right here. You serve a legal notice giving one week time and approach the court for recovery of the same.
