My wife filed a MC case before an year and I filed an RCR before an month. Both are pending in the court. I filed the counter for the MC in the last hearing and her plan is to file a petition for interim maintenance in the next hearing.
My question is
will the court take up her petition for interim maintenance. how to act against this ? can the court order for interim maintenance without investigating the actual maintenance case?

so all these kinds of wifes can run away from the husband and live with someone by getting interim maint from their husband?
My question is how to overcome that or act against that?

If your wife has sufficient means to sustain her self and she is a working women than she would not be awarded maintenance .
