Intentional and wrong message on television program

One of the television programs run by a well-known comedian for many years in India. to distort Indian history deliberatly small messages are planned in the comedy. This is to create the wrong narrative among the young generation of India. This community need to stop such acts. What is the legal process? to deal with such a situation?

Collect complete information for submission in evidence and file a PIL (Writ) before High Court or suit for permanent and mandatory injunction.

You can file  PIL against the Television channel and the organiser of the program.

You may secure the evidences pertaiing to your grievances and public harm through the said messages and file public interest litigation.

Admittedly, the programme is run by the comedian. Then, how come you are blaming the entire community?
